No one who is directly involved in incidents, holding the metaphorical pager, resolving issues, and looking to have fewer and shorter incidents actually gives a damn about MttR.The intersection of folks saying "We have to lower our MttR!" and those who are running incident analysis after the fact to improve the organization is non-existent.
