@erincandescent do we know why the body tries to flush out viruses with heat? it appears from modern medical perspective not to help; but there must be a reason we have this system?

My best guess without any meaningful biology study is that it relates to the gut? It encourages us to hydrate, while making us nauseus and not wanting to eat (more of something that *could be making us feel sick)
