Still learning…but this is me. Love physical exercise like yoga 🧘🏼♀️ pilates or balance 🤸🏼♂️plus a bit of pump 🏋🏼♀️ but also happy to just walk 🚶♀️ I believe we’ve lost our way when it comes to food & am a proponent of J.E.R.F. Just Eat Real Food & very little processed or packaged food. Love my garden, especially when I grow my own produce. Not very good at it, but that’s ok. At 72 life is pretty damned good, healthier than I was 30yrs ago & intend to stay that way for as long as I can. Wiradjuri country.
