I have enabled everything. I have it set to receive notifications of everything but I'm only receiving from those I follow. Very strange. I'm having to go into every one of them and change it by hand to "watching" even though I get this message: SUCCESS: You are now watching updates from this category and all subcategories.

OK, so I'm not sure I follow you here, sorry. Under "notifications" I find this: "When a new reply is posted in a topic you are watching". Doesn't' this cover what you have stated since I signed up to receive notification and emails on topics I'm watching?

Hello, I am attempting to "watch" all categories and I do have all categories marked as "watching". However, when I look into the "subcategories" it says "not watching" and I am not receiving notifications on each new topic posted. In other words, when I'm under any topic is says, "watching" but then going into each subcategory it says "not watching" so I have no idea when others are posting because I'm not receiving notifications. So when someone posts, its as if their post is turning off my watch list.
