To quote a certain Atlus game I can’t stop playing, “Time marches on, and the age of a new king draws nearer.” This particular king, of course, is the Steam Deck, which has been a retro gamer’s dream since it launched.@killyourfm I presume some sort of highlevel emulation?

Yup, looks like they are emulating the APIs and running the x86-64 code directly, rather than emulating the CPU. (i.e. It's closer to Wine/Proton than MAME). Neat trick and congrats to the team for the results on SteamDeck
