'Legerkisten', the combat boots of the Dutch military (Bata KL M90) are available in one colour (black), and a range of sizes. The general public can buy them in-store and online in the standard width.

They are also available in extra wide or extra narrow.
The last time I bought a pair (in an army surplus shop in NL) I was told that the non-standard widths are only available to those serving in the military.
