Pretty much, except, it's better with memory resources. And it lacks some features that I never used in vivaldi. It does not have a built in mail and RSS reader.

@jon I was a vivaldi user, and still am, but recently Floorp has won me over. I've been using it full time for the last month, and I'm very happy with it.
