I believe we need diversity in memory safe language development. Also, building rust and/or rust applications requires a super-computer for some reason.

Could all of this be handled better? Yes, indeed.
Is this the end of WordPress? Not even close.

Will we continue to host/install/contribute to/improve WordPress? Yes we will!

Remember, by moving your WordPress to something else you are not helping WordPress in any shape or form.
