Hey, a friend of mine ( @springrat ) who's currently in a safe place recovering from an abusive household wants to move to Minnesota. We're trying to start feeling out options for her.

She's a budding techie with not a lot of work experience but some solid foundational knowledge of OOP as well as Python and Java specifically, as well as HTML/CSS. I hear there's a growing tech sector in Minnesota! Maybe someone has some advice or a line on a job?
