shoutouts to how near the start of the year i up and said that the primary angle of discourse that we'd see this year (with note painted towards uspol and thereabouts) was going to be seeded infighting on the grounds of "our oppression is greater than your oppression, therefore you are the real oppressors" and thereabouts with the very pointed goal of dissolving intersectionality. this in turn has the consequence making it ever harder to communicate the fact that different forms and directions of oppression can and will exist in parallel, oppressed individuals are not incapable of exerting forms of oppression themselves, and that freedom from certain forms of oppression (and, consequently, benefit from certain forms of privilege) are not judgement's on one's character, but should be taken into account when considering one's own forms of marginalization

@[email protected] i've worked on several cheap arcade crane machines from a particular manufacturer for some issue or another, often a stuck relay or something thereabouts, only to notice off to the side that one of the caps on the board has done the exact same thing, leaving a small disk of wrapped fabric and a discarded cover we inevitably find ten minutes later
and every single time, the board is still chugging away so we only ever find them when we're already in there for other issues
i think the most i've found was three caps on a single one of those boards that had all done that, and wouldn't you know it the board was still surviving
