Maybe you should be asking @deusfigendi , who runs the bot. (I just enjoy guessing! )

But as far as I understand, he made the bot to basically function autonomously. He just keeps it running, & makes repairs and adjustments as needed.

If you are looking for a human curated GIF collection, that is ... Not this. *shrug*

This is a bot that generates the GIFs randomly. It doesn't know this is credits until we tell it. (Several of us are authorized to do so)
