I'm still amazed that people shut off SELinux as one of their first steps on a #Fedora, #RHEL, or #CentOS system.@[email protected] @[email protected] every other stackoverflow/forum/issue seems to have a recommendation of "just disable it", and at least one response like " thank you that fixed my issue". and while I dont know any servers where its actually disabled, it really does feel like "the internet at large" just completely disables it whenever any there is any problem

I'm thinking more about my idea to stream a "speedrun" of 512 bit RSA factorization.@[email protected] @[email protected] that sounds like something the EFF would support. they did something similar before, when they build effectively a supercomputer with custom asics to crack des: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/EFF_DES_cracker

@[email protected] @[email protected] its because it can't be recycled. the deposit is there so you can collect it essentially "pure", because one of the hardest part is collecting stuff by category (of plastic).therefore, the deposit is on stuf...@[email protected] @[email protected] @[email protected] another thing you gotta keep in mind regarding the ban on single use plastics: most plastic never made it back to be recycled, or ever disposed of properly, but got just left in the scenery somewhere. and if thats plastic, it will be there hundreds of years, generating micro plastics etc.

therefore, the deposit is on stuff that, when collected in a good matter, actually recycles well -
