@chris Nitpick: They are cetaceans, therefor whales, specifically toothed whales (orcas, sperm whales, belugas, dolphins, etc). As for whether they are killers or not depends on whether you're a seal.

Insurance companies refusing to insure a home with a solar panel or heat pump (neither of which are new technologies!) is deeply ironic considering it is the big global insurance companies that "see" the future of climate change risk most clearly!#Cana...@chris We didn’t have any issue with insurance when we built new with panels plus there are panels all over our neighbourhood. This feels like some new policy and not sure what would drive it. Even heat pumps are old tech considering they’re basically AC units you can reverse.

Like your phone blowing up in your pocket in a coordinated cyber-attack.#Israel #Hezbollah #Warhttps://ars...@chris Based on the discussions I've read the plausible explanation is that they got explosives into the devices but used a hack to overheat the batteries to detonate the explosives. However I'm no expert.
