According to the issues here, this is a false positive and updating won't actually make the error go away. Annoying to say the least.

I think the command would be
./nodebb reset -p nodebb-plugin-sso-oauth
@flexxall said in is PHP the correct way ?:
You can still use PHP by installing in on your webserver (nginx/apache), that may be the best option if you have a large amount of PHP code already.
I should add that I have not touched this plugin in almost a year, it is unlikely to work. Check out nodebb-widget-game-server-query if you are looking for a status widget.

@yariplus Could you add forum login to this plugin? So people in MC could be able to login using forum credentials? I tried to use https://github.com/NicolasSiver/nodebb-plugin-ns-login and WebAPI but i failed miserably and it would be awesome to have people logging in with same data.
Sorry for the late reply. I won't be adding any forum credential login from MC. Anything typed into MC is insecure/plaintext. This is why the /link
url directs the user to the NodeBB login page. Then the forum returns a token to the MC server, which can used to silently login the user to the forum, in a secure manner.
Yep. From what I read, there's no way to get the cert off the shared host, however, there is no problem getting a new cert from the DO server.
Can you give a more thorough explanation of your hosting situation?
Normally, certificates are on the same machine as nginx, otherwise, Chain of Trust is broken.
Please refer to the nodemailer documentation.
It sounds like you need to check your package.json
, in the NodeBB root directory. This needs to have the correct name and version of all plugins, or NodeBB won't start. This happens automatically when you use the control panel, but not when using local folders.
Forum configuration is under Admin->Settings->Email->Email Subscriptions
Per user configuration is not available. You can open up an issue in github if you think this is something that should be added.
https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/issues/new
That is not standard and depends on the individual forum's configuration.
Updated to 1.1.0
@brian4021 Your Mileage May Vary. Basically saying, this is a hack that may not work 100% how you want it to without manual customization.
That is using custom css. There's no way to do that from the categories section. You need separate css blocks for each category you want a header above. ymmv
It's under the Edit section in categories.
Sounds to me like some type of limit is being reached. Maybe check that your ulimits are high enough, and try changing some apache settings https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/misc/perf-tuning.html
@Whimpers here you go, add this to css
@keyframes example {
0% {background-color: red;}
10% {background-color: orange;}
20% {background-color: yellow;}
30% {background-color: lime;}
40% {background-color: lightgreen;}
50% {background-color: aqua;}
60% {background-color: cyan;}
70% {background-color: LightSkyBlue;}
80% {background-color: BlueViolet;}
90% {background-color: Purple;}
100% {background-color: red;}
}
a[href="/groups/gnu-linux-user"], a[href="/groups/gnu-linux-user"] > small {
animation: example 2s infinite;
}
Do you mean like this?
