The one thing I find gut wrenching is that the title for the linked PDF... https://www.un.org/global-digital-compact/sites/default/files/2024-09/Global%20Digital%20Compact%20-%20English_0.pdf shows it was authored with %&#*en MS Word. Insidious and counterproductive.

@lightweight @downey If there wasn't a good chance the doc would be authored in Word there would be a much smaller need for the commitment.

@lightweight FWIW, I haven't really run into that specific perception within the Organization. But agree that systemic change is slow.
