Ok some good news too:
I found a great doctor after I moved to Boston and she's been helping me get my physical health back to normal. I've lost 50lbs since January & this week I was able to return to my normal wardrobe. I'm back to the weight I was when I started law school in 2018.
I also got off blood pressure meds, and probably detoxed a lot of Apple's chemical pollution that was stored in the lost fat. It was the biggest thing I could do to try to prevent cancer & I did it!

Way to go! Just watch your liver health. Often heavy metals get stored in fat to protect vital organs. When losing weight, they hit the blood stream and liver (and sometimes kidneys). Make sure to drink plenty of water and watch for symptoms.
