I don't know why, but my Home feed is now mostly empty on the web version of Mastodon. Does @Vivaldi know why this happens? Is it due to the update to the new Mastodon version?

We haven't seen this issue and you're the first one to report it.
Does clicking "Load more" show more posts? -
@Vivaldi It does, but I have to click/tap it multiple times, and it stops working after loading a handful of past posts.
-
@ThankGodItsFriday We've seen higher loads on our databases during some hours in the day recently. Yesterday our devs applied a change that seems to have improved the load, but we're still keeping an eye on it.
Have things improved for you? -
@Vivaldi Not really, no.
-
@Vivaldi Now posts in the Home column keep disappearing, as if it can't load even the most recent posts.

@ThankGodItsFriday
Our dev looked into it, but nothing obvious stood out. But he tried to rebuild your feed, so please check again now.
If that doesn't help, maybe you can check the feed from another device to see if it's an account/service or browser issue. In the latter case, a custom ad blocker list might cause the issue, for example. -

@Vivaldi This is still an issue.
I can confirm that the Home feed still won't properly load in Opera GX, or in Vivaldi on another computer. I have no ad block extensions other than what ad blocking features come with the browsers by default.
My internet has not changed; as a matter of fact, many devices and services are metered so I can utilize the entire internet, as I'm capped at 50 Mbps. Everything was fine this way before you guys updated Mastodon, and now my Home feed stays blank every time. Trying to click "Load more" doesn't load anything more than the last couple of posts.
EDIT: It's managed to load a bit more, but I have to click "Load more" over a dozen times to get it to show a post or two from a few hours ago. It also tends to disappear after some time.
