Is it expected behaviour that a normal user can see the "ban account" button on the settings profile page? If it is, what's the purpose of it, removing the account?
This is fixed on latest you won't see it on your own profile.
@baris Thank you!.
Looks like we need data.title = validator.sanitize(data.title).escape(); like we do for topic titles.
I installed nginx and used it as a proxy. It seems to work now. I couldn't figure out what may have been wrong.
I tried older versions of NodeBB and that did not resolve the problem. I have a feeling it's something to do with apache and the way I was setting it up. I'm using virtualmin.
*Setup which did not work
Proxied using these settings in Virtualmin
MENU NAVIGATION: webmin -> server -> apache -> server name -> Edit Directives ->

NGINX fixed my problem. I am including this information for others reference.
obeys 🙇 thanks guys
@Dustin-Falgout so, the password resets not working, I think, is a know issue
@terfex I don't think so... 2.8 just included a new command we take advantage of.
