Any other development effort on this? this project is so interesting. I would really like to program some kinda extension or plug-in for it, would there be a api build around it? but i m still very limited in programming skills. haha

Thanks for the interest! RIght now, we're focusing on bringing stability to the core features of the product. The next several milestones after that will involve allowing third-party developers such as yourself to develop both themes and modules.
