uploads for non admins/mods

anyway to limit uploads per group?

have a members only site where only mods and admins can post uploads, i dont see a way to do this via settings, i might be missing something though.

any ideas?

too bad, only option i have then is to either turn off all replies or creation other than admins/mods, or to add the posts, then set options to not allow, but could get annoying after a bunch of times

these arent images, they are member files zips and rars
