I am trying to explore if its possible to create a widget that contains React component. Is there any example implementation that I can refer to?

Not out of the box... I believe the Mandrill plugin has support for inbound emails, although that hasn't been tested in quite some time.

SendGrid is our emailer of choice, although right now it only handles outbound emails from NodeBB itself (digests, confirmation emails, etc.)

@psychobunny It has options to show/hide the title and render the title as a link to the post itself. So, yeah you can let people go comment on it, or really just make it look like a static piece of content on the site.

hey there buddy,

first i have to thank you for that useful widget.
in your features list it says "show a message when the server is down"
well, i implemented the widget in the global sidebar.
But when our arma3 server is down or going to restart, the website is not able to load completly. it tries to reach the server which seem to be unreachable and does not jump into some kind of timeout.
since i am far away from beeing able to fix that, i would like to ask if you have any idea where i should take a look at.
