My generic user on forum can approve user registration, WAT ?)
But in config i have option admin approve

Are you saying a regular user can approve the registration of other users? Or they can just register without being approved by an administrator?

My forum user who tell me about this error approve registration for another user...
Now i try install weekly branch, for test...

@baris User can register but need approved by admin for forum access. But, generic rights register-user can approve new user registration to access forum...

@Павел-Субач where are they approving user registration? the only place for approval is the ACP.
