Unsolved Weird changes nodebb

I recently installed some plugins which don't have a github url. I think its nodebb-mega-sidebar-area plugin. I uninstalled it after that. But i am getting this now:

and this in profile page:

Yes, My custom fields are not working anymore. I am not sure which plugin caused this.

Anyone having same issue? Looks like its due to the nodebb-plugin-cards
