I discovered this was due to the theme slick, which seemed to be broken to me, as the form and input elements were missing multiple values, which didn't get loaded when save was clicked, so no information was sent. I made a child theme to fix it.

Since, Nodebb is a Single page application. I want to know if there are any out of the box methods used for SEO. My forum is indexed by google. But there seems some problem for google to fetch all pages in my forum.
Do i need to manually add prerender.io to my nodebb app?

You shouldn't have to do anything. It's crawling all of my pages fine. How do you know it's having trouble crawling your site?
