Yes that's right next to the message button that is already present on mobile, is it possible to set it up by changing code for example?
Separate notification email option for mentions

I want to be able to disable email notifications for replies to watched threads, but still send an email notification if a user is @ mentioned.
Is that currently possible? It doesn't look like there's an option for that.
