I guess one of the many plugins I already have installed is conflicting some way.
New groups db teams
If one provides some support for a user it sometimes ends with something alike
unfortunately I am not too familiar with redis commands so you will have to wait for someone with redis knowledge to reply
(just a sample, I've encountered similar issues)
Now for a third party it might look like someone is already supporting that user (due to several ping-pong posts) so he/she is skipping that topic without an excessive look.
I'd propose two new groups @team-mongo and @team-redis to allow pinging the appropriate in such a situation

I think a group for Windows/Azure users may be a good idea.
