Getting an error sometimes

Hi everyone
I am getting this on my page only sometimes. When I refresh it goes away and then comes back again. Anyone could tell why it is coming and how to get rid of it

Looks to be an orphan file. But wait for someone experienced to reply.

One thing I noticed, it is only coming with Material Design theme

No such file in nodebb-theme-material theme repo. Reinstall it.

yup I also didnt find it in theme
May be it has to do with some plugin and theme combo

@ajay did you try it with persona? do you get this with persona?

is that a custom page? check the plugin too... may not have anything to do with the theme itself

@pichalite I dont get that in Persona.
It is a custom page and I believe it is issue with the page but not causing error in other themes.
Also it comes sometimes.
Besides, if you go to ayushlive.com (my nodebb website) -> go to register/login page and refresh - it sometimes gives an error
