Composer TAG box cut off

My forum and the nodebb's forum seems to have the tag box cut off until you use it.. Once you add a tag the box grows to the correct size:

@patrick-anderson It should be on the network tab of your browsers console. Try uploading something while the network tab is open and it should show you the failing request. Then you can check what the server has returned in the same window.
howto escape a slash in tags?

someone wanted to tag a topic with 2021/22 but it was shown as 202122. we tried single and double quotes as well as a \ to escape a / (aka. slash) but all we got from 2021\/22 was 2021\22 - which is far more than 202122. any ideas?

Hello. Quill does not work with private chat messages by default. Do you have any settings for adding quill to the chat? Or does quill only work with topics?
