Gravatar 1.0.4 Shows no Avatars

We just updated to the 1.0.4 version of the plugin for Gravatar. Under 1.0.3 avatars were showing fine in the forums. After the update only the image when someone is logged in shows and not the avatars in the forum itself. So there are no avatars at all at this point. Very odd.

What are your settings in the Gravatar page?

@yariplus I upgraded my forum to 1.0.4 without a problem. But my forum has like 6 users. The mangolassi.it forum is much larger.

My settings are like this, but I believe ML has the force option set.

Okay, thanks. I just PR'd a small fix for the force option. Hopefully that was it.
