My answer is to tell them no and if they ever do such a thing, they are fired & you wish to see a different doctor.
Insurance, Big Pharma, Hospital system administrators/execs have already taken so much.
Dont let them steal or silence your voice.
I'm aware of doctor shortages but those who can set this limit should.
