  • Hi

    I'm trying to setting up nodebb, but I have some troubles using ./nodebb start. I got this:

    But, all working fine when I used node loader.js --no-silent --no-daemon

    $ node loader.js --no-silent --no-daemon

    It also works with ./nodebb dev

    My config.js is the result of ./nodebb setup

            "password": "",
            "database": "0"
        }
    }

    Thanks for your help... and sorry for my english.

  • Your config file looks good, paste output of this command to rule out any user error?

    cat /home/javier/proyectos/foros/config.json

    hello. I have some issue when sending emails. I use regular node way to send emails (nodemailer), nothing special like SMTP.

    It should be essentially the same. I can't think of anything that would be different.

    I managed to fix this and thought I would post this here for posterity.

    I edited the file npm-shrinkwrap.json

    and replaced the code block on line 1159:

    "simple-recaptcha": { "version": "1.0.0", "from": "git://github.com/wzrdtales/simple-recaptcha.git#f408725106872df696436ff6a988923539ab80a6", "resolved": "git://github.com/wzrdtales/simple-recaptcha.git#f408725106872df696436ff6a988923539ab80a6" }

    with:

    "simple-recaptcha": { "version": "1.0.0", "from": "https://github.com/wzrdtales/simple-recaptcha/archive/v1.0.0.tar.gz", "resolved": "https://github.com/wzrdtales/simple-recaptcha/archive/v1.0.0.tar.gz" }
