I previously had this issue. It only affects admins who have the rights to change the order of the pinned topics which is why it's unlikely others can't reproduce on the OPs site.
However since 1.7 (could be Chrome 64) I no longer have the problem.
Not able to use chat on mobile

Hi everyone. Not exactly sure if this is a bug, but I am having an issue with using the chat on mobile. It shows that I have a new chat, but I am not able to click on that chat to view it. I've tried this on both on Chrome and Safari on Iphones 5 through 6s. I am finding this issue with notifications as well. Any help with this would be appreciated.
