The problem is plugin Spam Be Gone. Close Akismet and everything ok. Oh.
@dunlix understood. I think that this error is caused by OSCP stapling - see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1149911

@sunqi, you'll have to look into iptables configuration for CentOS. Not sure if it is enabled by default.
