Unsolved How to tie a price to a question

My client want me to design a question and answer forum, he want me to design it in such a way that a price will tie to a question and any user that get the correct answer win the price. the challenge here is: i don't know how to tie a question to a price and how to mark a post as the right answer to the question being asked........any help will be highly appreciated

There will be a price tie to the question by the user who ask the question or admin the user who provide the right answer to the question win the price (Its not base on the number of post by a user but its base on providing the right answer)

From what I can work out, you want a bounty attached to a question, if a question is marked as correct, that user wins the bounty.

@finishigwest Closest from what I seen is being the cashmod plugin. Its quite heavily outdated. But might be worth to take a look at it.
