I tie a pinterest.
to an external js file must be included.

examle: http://www2.sender.fm/topic/55/pinterest-einbinden

I always have to just press F5 thus appears pinterest.

in the Custom HTML I have installed the following code.

I think that is not loaded properly.

Nope, no errors. It is just a white blank page, with the loading bar stuck at 75 %.

It is better to do that from the admin control panel.

But if you don't have access to the ACP.
hget group:gid administrators "1" <- use this value sadd gid:1:members <uid>
replace <uid> with your user id.

To get the user id use :
hget username:uid <yourusername>
