Hello all. With the help from @julian there is a new version available that is compatible with v2.2.x.
@Andrea-0 try latest version of the plugin, v7. It should work now and be fully compatible with v2.2.x
Monitors specific channels in real time and adds them to the widget view.
npm install nodebb-plugin-ns-twitch-monitor
or via plugin manager
This is awesome.
Aw, man ! Just like i asked before. Gonna try it RIGHT NOW
Ok, here's the idea. Currently you need to add twitch channels manualy, but what if you will make a button "add my channel" for site visitors, which wants to add thier channels to widget. To get their channel on site they should place a "key" (link to your forum as example, you can set it in ACP) in their description on twitch, so the plugin will check and add a channel. Also it should check the keys every day or smth like this.
Summary: channel data should update now.
New version is available, notable changes:
Great!
but

@lombisi You're probably on NodeBB 0.9.0. postTools have been renamed in that version - this plugin isn't updated for 0.9.0 as it is in development still.
Only way to fix this issue right now is to revert back to 0.8.x
@atrius thank u
With a release of 0.9.x
all plugins will be updated.
For now, you could use stable 0.8.x
It will be updated when?
Also bumping, this plugin looks awesome
I installed 1.1.0. But I cant find Twitch Monitor on plugin category(Im using 0.9.0 nodebb) and cant setting.
How can I fit it?
Thank you
@산도 This plugin isn't compatible with 0.9, that is why, you can't find plugin in Plugins section.
@Nicolas Oh Noooo!!! I really want to use this plugin. This is what I want. Do you have plan to update this one??? plz!
you are amazing
