No unread counter in the navbar

For some reason the unread counter doesn't show in the navbar, but when I click on it, there are new posts. I'm not sure what can cause that, but it's been like this for approximately 2 days.

I only have this issue on this site.

Clear cache? (think)

It's pretty hectic, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But it looks fine now.
