Loops comments are getting better, soon we will have comment likes and more.

The creator will have the ability to "hide" comments, delete, and also block other accounts which will remove any of their comments (of which their descendents will move up one level)

We use a more optimized backend/db schema for threaded comments, even though they only thread one level deep, we will handle federated threads accordingly.
