I want to send user emails when he is not online and someone reply his topic or mention him. I found the setting is in user profile. How can i change user receive email by default when he is not online?

Maybe we can have that as a setting. That said, in Canada we are not allowed to email people unless they explicitly sign up for it, this law might be the case elsewhere. Which would mean we would have to create a new checkbox on registration to allow users to enable email notifications
Thanks for the reply. I think technically we can check the box for all users by modifying the database...
