the admin console doesn't work with plugin nodebb-plugin-aliyun-oss

I install nodebb-plugin-aliyun-oss in nodebb 0.62, and I active this plugin, After I reset/restart the nodebb, the admin page was not connected, there is no any response in brower. But I check the log file, there is no any error,it show that the nodebb server was started successfully. How to find what's wrong with it ?

The plugin is out of date. Will need to be updated before it will work with anything above about 0.4.x judging by last commits.

As @a_5mith says, You'll need to contact the author to have them update it.
