Is there a way to make a post be "Sticky" alway show at the top of a category?

I'm migrating from jforums and very excited about it but have some "sticky" posts that didn't get converted. There are only a few so can manually set them but can't figure out a way to do this. Thanks.

Click the Topic Tools button and Pin the Topic
