@shlee if you considered a beach harmful to younger swimmers and interrogated every beach swimmer for age verification, you just introduced a level of manipulation and control that robs beachgoers of several public freedoms. It's an absurd bill!

Imagine a radio station being fined for listeners being under age. There has to be a point where politicians are told to fuck off.
