Plugin for authenticate users using SAML

Hello,

I've coded a plugin to authenticate users using SAML.

The project is at https://github.com/GeographicaGS/nodebb-plugin-sso-saml. It also could be installed using NPM.

I've also made an admin page to supply config parameters.

I'd like to share with the community, maybe it could be useful for others
