Okay.. feature req, I use this on WP/vB sites and it would be great on a NodeBB site for those who use social media.
New thread posts to Twitter. Can add in other social media outlets, etc. Have it set a hash tag or two in the config so people can tune it to their niche hash tags and boom.. glory!

The option to have 2 MOTD type containers in the footer area or be able to configure 1,2,3,4, containers to display things, for my site, paypal donation button, game & voice server status, 2nd banners etc

- auto-post when replying to email notification

- regular email digests
- reputation system
- trust levels for users
- var. spam detection methods
- search!
- similar topics blocks
- categories with category description and category icon
