Is generative imagery evil if you write your own code to do it and run it locally?

@sungo I'm gonna lean on the side of permissiveness and say no, or at least less so, with resource consumption constrained to the time and place you're doing it.
I mean yeah at industrial scale the balance shifts to hyperscaler optimization, but for just making interesting images on your own time? Nah.
There's all the training data issues torching the possibility of attribution, but I'm more concerned about that for publishing and presenting as original work with nary a mention for toolkit used.
