Any backup plugin?

I haven't found any backup function when I was in ACP. However, I think it is necessary for a forum software. @julian @fiag

Perhaps sooner or later this will be built into the ACP; With various options selectable, you can backup and dump your database (even remotely, but its just an idea), backup your plugins/themes (incase you've edited them and need them saved), and your assets e.g. /uploads.
