hashtags in posts should point to corresponding category

When a hashtag is used in a post, nodebb checks if it's a used hashtag and if it's true, points to the corresponding hashtag category.

This plugin could be modified to point to NodeBB hashtags instead of Twitter hashtags.

I think when a hashtag is used in a post it should be added as topic tag. So users can add tags simple during write a new post...

@pwFoo trouble with this is if people try to add more than your site allows, it could be done similar to how steam allows you to tag games, so each topic has official tags from the poster, then anyone else viewing that topic can submit their own tags, which could appear under a different menu or in a light box when a link to "viewers tags" is selected.

Good point... Topic tags only defined by the author...

Hashtag is a nice feature for tagging and searching for content. But you're right, add hashtags as tags could be a problem / confusing.

@pwFoo Well, hashtags aren't the only possibility with tagging. You could use other keyboard parameters instead. The ~ key etc.
