Hello - I'd like to add the sorting function to our theme. How should I proceed?
I'd imagine merging in the latest changes from lavender and/or vanilla would do the trick, but it's more difficult since you have a custom theme... your theme is a fork on GitHub, right, not a direct copy?

What does your "deployment" entail? The plugin list is stored in the database, so you should be able to restore that key if you wish.
