Add spoiler in composer (upd markdown)

Hello!

I think need upgrade a Markdown syntax and add the spoiler button in composer.

The drop-down spoiler with option to set custom text in summary is a very useful feature for a forum.

Spoiler/detail tags are not in the markdown spec, and so we do not supported it via the markdown plugin.

However, you can still use spoilers via the ns-spoiler plugin... and perhaps markdown-extended plugin

@julian yeah,the state never changed,I think may be the hooks is unavailable because of change.How can I get the history hooks and then I can change them to hooks new.
