Tag filter on topic list

Harmony has a tag filter on category, recent and unread pages now.

This has been requested a few times on our github and on this forum and it was possible by modifying the url and adding a tag query param.

How to install Harmony with this featur?
On my forum installed 1.0.0-beta.75 versions of Harmony theme and I don't view this feature on topic list

Did you update core to latest as well?

That's not latest, git pull on the bootstrap5 branch to get the latest code for the tags filter.
